Great location in the Jewish quarter. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets around the local area. Around 15 minute walk from the old town (I walk fast). Good communication from the manager, who updated me with instructions on checking in. And also good response when I requested the use of other facilities such as an iron. The hotel is very nicely furnished, and is kept very clean by the cleaner, whom I must mention because she does a fantastic job and always greets you with a smile. The room was great! I booked for 5 nights, and I travelled solo, so booked the smallest room with a single bed, and the room was perfect. Comfy bed, TV, hot drink facilities, mini fridge, en-suite shower and toilet. Couldn't ask for more. Overall, I would recommend booking into the Karmel. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Krakow.

I am amazed by the smooth check-in, and how the quite and cozy yet very rich in terms of bars/coffee/food and attractions the area is. The house where the hotel is situated is very pretty. There are conditioners, it is possible to stay with a pet and it's relatively affordable (considering the district - it's perfect!). It feels like the staff really cares about their tenants! I really dislike the vibe of typical hotels when everything is unnecessarily huge, sterile and overcrowded, but this place despite it's classic style made me feel like I'm home, because it's cozy, calm, the stuff is almost invisible and when you meet people everyone smiles and cheers each other. Loved it!

I really love the staff (Marzena and Iryna). They are very kind and resolutives. Also Marzena, the manager, explains me some things concerning Kazimiers, the city, and other places in Kraków. The location is also really nice, in the heart of jewish cartier, Kazimiers. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, cozy shops, 2n hand shops, nice streets, sinagogas, museums, etc. It's a chill but also vibrant neigbourhood. I recomend Kolanko n°6, just in the street in front of the Hotel, for Breskfast. They serves a buffet Breskfast from 8 am to 12, for 42 zlotys. They a nice and cozy interiors, also a very nice interior garden (see photo of the Breskfast in the photos attached).

Brilliant breakfast. Delicious, located close to the hotel, good choice for the morning due other cafes are close. The hotel is very clean, the staff is inconspicuous, the "help yourself" principle is very good. At the same time, Pyotr is always ready to answer all questions and provide support - thank you for that and I don't understand how he manages to always be in touch with so many clients, while remaining so friendly and polite. The hotel is located in the very center of Krakow - it is convenient to get anywhere. All the best cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. And I especially appreciate its atmosphere - ancient, real, luxurious Poland.

Simply everything. Welcoming, helpful and quick communication. Easy assess at any time of day or night if flights get delayed. Beautiful room and loved the choice of LPs for the record player! Great location for trams/Auschwitz tour pick up/train to mines/walk to Old Town or Schindler’s Factory. Amazing buffet breakfast over the road (green door). Instant response to my pulling one of the curtain hooks off (sorry and thank you). Second time back…even more lovely than the first! Thank you Marzena for your generous welcome and it was a pleasure to meet you.
